You Can Tuna Piano {and paint it too}{28}

Today is pretty much a perfect Spring Day.  It’s warm, it’s sunny, it’s breezy, I’m not sneezing (yet).  My goal for today is to get outside and do some more mowing.  My lawn mower really is a happy place for me. Does that seem weird to you??  Have we talked about this before?

Before I head outside, I wanted to show you a big inside project that I worked on recently.

I painted my piano!

It took me over a year to decide on what color to paint it.  And, yes, I know that there are those of you who will say that it is downright sinful to paint wood.  The world is full of painters and non painters…. I fall firmly into the painting category.

i gotta be me

So.  what do you think??

I am really, really happy with how it turned out.  And it was a much simpler job than I had made it out to be, in my mind.

I’m learning!  If you want to paint something, GO AHEAD and PAINT IT!!  Don’t be afraid of paint! Take a bold step forward and just DO IT!
